You have up to 14 days from delivery to make your return request
The goods must have the form of new, without traces of usage, all shopping tags must be. Follow these simple steps, you can return all goods or part of your order:

1. Pack the goods and send to our store address. The returned items must be sent to our store at Via Manzoni 41/a, 20121, Milano - tel. +39 35 13918 139.

2. We will do the refund after checking the item. The refund will be made in less than 14 days to Your Bank account

*  it is possible to return online orders in our Verona offline store. Please note, the refund will be credited to your account using the payment method used for your online purchase and will not be processed in offline store.

We refund the return shipping cost only in case of damage or wrong shipment (item, colour, size, etc.)

To replace the item with another size, you need to make a refund first.
